Just spent two days checking out the raw food scene in Tokyo finding the the hope and the glowing fresh juices under all the yakitori, takoyaki and other dishes was a challenge but a delightful one.
Had two three course meals consisting of a raw soup, main, and dessert and a drink.Planning on creating a page to share the info for others moving to Japan.
Then finished the weekend with a delightful potluck meeting other living food lovers.
This was a delight and met some very awesome souls.
It was interesting seeing the different spin the Japanese put on creating raw food. It was a meal for the eyes and the mouth. The display was absolutely immaculate and the taste was a explosion in the mouth of flavors and love.
thank you to all who made it possible .
