30 Bananas a Day!

I am only a month in to 100% lfrv, the first week i lost 10lbs and since have not really lost anything. I have seen some changes in my body but they are small, I want that low fat raw vegan body!!!!

How long did it take your body to change?

I know this is not the focus, i am earning my health, through a new lifestyle, but i'm inpatient

thanks so much guys!!!!! I know it will take time and exercise, but hearing that i am not the only one waiting to see change makes me feel so much better.

I'm 100 days in and I haven't lost any weight or body fat. That's great that you lost 10 lbs. already and are seeing small changes! Patience is the key to this lifestyle and you are not alone in your impatience! I am impatience too but I keep reminding myself that when my body decides to embrace LFRV, it will be fantastic.

With my exercise routine, it took me about 6 months before I noticed any big change. There was a change within 3 months but within 6 months, it was a more noticeable change.

 

Good things take time, just stick to a nice routine you enjoy.

Be patient, just continue what you're doing and in no time, we'll have them same body as freelee! hehe
