So yesterday I went to the wedding and didn't eat much, but this morning I felt food "hang over". It' crazy how much salt and oil there is in prepared foods, and I can't believe how thirsty I was all night.
I'm so ready to cleanse and just eat fruit! I'm happy that my bananas are ripening nicely and today I went to Costco and bought a lot of grapes, oranges and greens. I hope it's enough to last me a few days. I'm a little disappointed that the grapes aren't organic, but then I think to myself that non organic grapes are much better than the veggie pizza I ate today.
Tomorrow I decided that I'm going to do a water fast because I really need to get my hunger back and also I know that with my candida, it's an easier transition since the fat I've been eating doesn't mix well with the sugar. Then my plan is to loosely follow the fall meal plan in the 80-10-10 Diet book just for some ideas. I'm most nervous about dinner because I have a hard time eating lettuce with fruit dressing so I might make that a smoothie meal.
I'll also log all of my meals in nutridiary to make sure I'm getting enough calories and a good variety of fruits and veggies.
