30 Bananas a Day!

Ok, so ro re-count, I made it 2 weeks, then meat pizza, ice cream, fried chicken relapse...then 8 days w/ meat pizza, ice cream relpase, then 7-8 more days (didn't even realize I was at the 30 days) w/ a vegi whole wheat pizza relapse (no meat, no sugar) . I didn't want the meat anymore. Intereeeeesting........I mean that last one was 'earned' after 30 days - but I still didn't enjoy the pizza much...

So a few days later, tonite, I decided to try some vegan tomato bisque soup with brown rice at the coop...It was amazing - I had 32 oz. - It had olive oil, and didn't list salt but I'd be surprised if it wasn't in there. Still I don't feel wrecked at all. I also don't feel super high energy like I did when I had the banana split recipe I made earlier - OMG it was soooo good!

So it was neutral, lets say - I am leaning towards allowing some occasional cooked vegan non-wheat back in as a treat...Not even making it at home or office - just kind of special occasion stuff, especially in winter. IF it will help me stay away from worse choices (cheese, wheat, meat) then its prolly a good call...will see...

Today I picked up 70 lbs of free trade organic bananas, and yesterday 24 lbs - and I had some leftover that are super ripe or in the freezer - so I have 100 lbs of bananas sitting in my studio, lol!

Back on track - I lost about 5 lbs this month. I reported incorrectly that I dropped 3 pants sizes - I dropped ONE size - but still very cool. I look clearer and look/feel better. I'm also getting my life more on track. This has a lot to do with timing - things I've been working on for a while, and also the fact that getting my weight and eating under control is a big part of getting my life on track...this change is a good baseline for what is to come with performing and creating video, lovelife, travel....

I'm continuing on this 80-10-10 journey. Gonna try a tad less strict on cooked carbs occasionally, but w/o the relapses into junk. Looks like you guys got me to be a vegan, and certainly a vegetarian after - all congradts!

The only cooked food I can eat without relapsing is vegetables.
