My food background:
Vegan and vegetarian as a teen, standard diet for 10+ years. I don't normally eat a lot of meat, but do fall prey to candy and processed food for convenience. I've tried fad diets, pills, over-exercising, even medical treatments. I am way excited to get back to vegan because I know I need the healthy boost in my life right now. College, relationship and everyday stress is a struggle and I haven't been good to my body :( So here's to change!
