30 Bananas a Day!

I must say i'm proud of myself :)

Anyway I'm glad my weight gain stopped and if anything it has been going down slowly (painfully slowly if you ask me :b but...oh well it is what it is) I'm actually eating more, i'm at 3000 cal a day, feeling pretty goood and the cold is not affecting me that much. I've also upped my water intake to 3-4L, i never skip my greens and have actually increased the quantities and decreased the amount of fats like maybe 2 avocados in a month and maybe a pinch of nuts/seeds here and there is more than enough for me. The reason i made this change was because i felt good on days i would eat more fat so i started thinking maybe i should eat a bit of fat everyday (always under 10%, most of the time under 30g) and so i started doing that, but started having PMS symptoms and i realized something, on the days that i would eat fat where the days i would eat more calories so i swapped things tried to achieve the same amount of calories whiteout the help of fats and yeah best decision ever!! Lesson learned, carb up!!

Now what i need to work on is exercising, I actually feel like exercising now! I've restarted the 100 squats a day thing and see if i can stick with it for a month :/

i have limited time now and it's really really cold outside to go for a run plus i get bored exercising like this I've always preferred playing a sport versus just running or squatting....i just get bored and find it hard to stick with it bbbleeeerg any ideas or suggestions are appreciated :)

So yeah i finally feel like i'm starting to get the hang of this, after a year and half!

Good for you on the progress -- it should help motivate you to continue on. I tend to run quicker on really cold days :) but I have excellent clothing for it, so I'm lucky not to feel too cold while out there. Putting on the proper clothes gets me motivated. Ice on the ground is another story --for that I'd stay in and work resistance and rebounding, squats, pilates, whatever I can do to keep it interesting indoors. a simple jump rope can be fun.
