30 Bananas a Day!

Well,

I came back to LFRV after a sad stint with HFRV--gourmet dehydrated poop balls made to mimic the same food we are told is junky poison..hmmm who's the genius who came up with all?? And the same tricks were used to trap me in a "raw" food state of mind as trapped me in a cooked one...vegan and all.

But I digress....I came back to this fruity lifestyle because once you get a swiff of it's simplicity...awesomeness and all around "common sense nature" you can't ever un-know it. Well, I'm not into the fanatic day counting or whatever...pound watching.... I decided to committ to changing my life...PERIOD.

Result... I'm still on my journey and figuring what works best for me, but after about 7 weeks I'm dropping some pounds. I gained about 6 lbs LFRV...I needed to lose about 18 anyway....stress pounds ya know.

well, uping the water....moving my arse.....not eating at midnite...all work. Duh. Ive been into fitness for about 6 years, but fell off about 4 months ago when my daugther started getting ill. Rather than approach it all with a perfectionist mindset, I started just doing 15-20 a day. I have a gym membership, but it's killing me to get there...so I've gone back to the basics.... old skool....doing what I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Pushups, burpees, mountain climbers, prisoner squats...feel the burn.

So I wanted to make this post for those only in this lifestyle for weight loss. It's not about that at all. Even if that is what you desire. You HAVE to focus on HEALTH.... VIBRANCY....clear skin....fit body...NOT THIN BODY.

Ahhhh I'm feeling good. Now of my 18+6=24 lbs, I've lost 12lbs! Oh yea...12 to go (including my muscle of course!)

Stay steady! Off my the last of my only 1100 cals that I have left...dates and bananas will cure that right quick!

Elle- Not sure what made me gain. Eating too late at nite. Eating 4000 cals when I wasn't exercising. Too many dates...unsoaked dates...not enough water. Not enough rest.

As far as losing...started exercising only 15-20 mins a day EVERYDAY...getting in my water. and NO MORE late nite eating.
