I just took the first step on my descent from ten days of banana island.
Upon purchasing a darn expensive organic celery, I skipped home in the sunshine and inhaled its sweet aroma. Oh so goood! I haven't eaten celery straight (only blended) for a long time due to its stringyness, but I got all inspired after reading about the art of celery de-stringing on Ryans "chips n salsa" recipe topic.
One single sweet juicy bite and my whole world surrounding celery has changed. I never knew it could be so darn delicious! The flavour and texture are painting joy all over me.
I believe celeries strings look prettier detached too.
Just had to share that dainty experience of wonder.. :D
