Just wanted to document a change for my personal record and for others to see if they are having the same issues.
I used to have really bad night sweats prior to coming to 30BAD. I was told this was normal for my age. I did not think much of it, but began to get concerned as other symptoms began to show. Nothing I did ever improved my night sweats. However, at some point months ago, I do remember them going away, except for that time of month. I kind of forgot about them.....until they came back.
Over the past few months, I would wake up nightly, drenched and needing to change nightclothes. I could not figure out what was going on. I read that this could be a 'good' thing as my body was burning up calories via thermogenesis. Since my daily temperature has been improving over the last few months, I thought this made sense. However, at the end of September, I decided to revert back to more raw foods until dinner time vs. eating more cooked (low fat) vegan meals. Sure enough, I have been tracking things. And, since October 1, I have not had a single night sweat.
So, for what it is worth, either there is something I am consuming that my body does not like or it was in need of more raw foods. Either way, I wanted to share this information for future reference.
Right now, it is 2:30pm my time and I have already consumed 2,300 calories.
