hey guys ive just started this lifestyle and i need some help of how to still fit in with the family.
i need some advice on what to eat with the famiy on a sunday morning beacuse its traditon in our family to have bacon and eggs together every sunday, i would only usausly have a egg on a piece of toast becuase i never liked having sausages and bacon. but now im not eating eggs i dont know what to have and still fit in. i was just wondering if anyone has a idea on what i could have but still eat with the family?
also i do like a cup of coffee on the weekened but im trying to gradually lean off it, i think i might change the milk to soy when i order!
