I am new and super keen on 80 10 10 and 30 Bananas a day.
I have been doing this for a week and relatively easily. First few days was head-achy and feel a little fuzzy headed from time to time.
I am interested on the Calorie factor. I KNOW that 2500 is recommended for women but i need more info.
Every calorie estimator says that i need 1500 a day to lose weight in a healthy consistent manner along with exercise.
I understand that fruit is more easily digested etc but i just want some clearer info on why the calorie recommendation is so high?
ALSO - i am into this big time - i have a friends wedding coming up which i could lie and say that i wont drink or eat cooked food but that wont happen.
I have been vegan for a year which just happened to be like 80% raw anyway and i am now doing High Carb raw 811.
I would just like some help in how to best prepare for ONE big night every blue moon.
I will obviously drink **** loads of water and have cooked greens but just some advice on preparing for alcohol?
I just dont want to be guilt ridden and feeling anxious on a really fun and special day
I dont want to reap the benefits of raw for months and feel like in one weekend they will be ruined!? I know you cannot undo months of anything in one weekend but i would just love some advice.
