I was told about this site earlier this afternoon... I'm so thankful that I was told about it because I truly believe this is the answer to what I have been looking for!!
A year ago I started training with a personal trainer to get in tip top shape for a figure/bikini show, it was a huge goal of mine. After months of training and no weight loss or body fat, my trainer gave up on me and I went off on my own to figure out "what was wrong with me."
I had blood work done and come to find out, I have hypothyroidism... and my numbers are high! Right away my doc puts me on thyroid meds... I have my blood work checked again and my numbers remained the same.
I decided I didn't want to be on meds for the rest of my life and that I wanted to "fix" this issue naturally!!! So I started talking to people and doing research. I'm consuming kelp, nori, sea salt and lots of Green Smoothies.
I have decided to go back on a 100% Raw diet!! but after finding this 80 10 10 plan, looks like I will be eating lots more fruits then ever before ;)
I love it!!!!
Tomorrow will be my first day on the plan!! we'll see how it goes :)
