Aloha HCRV community! Over the past year, a series of events and conversations and relationships and blog posts has lead me to this beautiful world..
I am currently studying abroad in Chile (rad as hell) - surrounded by insane amounts of fresh fruit & vegetables - and also training to run my second half marathon (happening in Santiago on April 7). I plan on training for a full afterwards.
I'm trying to find fellow runners to get advice from.. like what typical HCRV meals look like (size and content wise), the best pre-run and post-run meals, tips on how to refrain from strangling the thousands of people who ask "But where do you get your protein??", etc.
I'd also just enjoy being in contact with people who understand. Currently I'm surrounded by a group of students who think i'm totally insane by this point and who are also constantly eating things like Nutella and ham & cheese empanadas... ugh.
