I have found a plan that works for me. It allows me to eat to my heart's content and not worry about gaining on cooked foods or having enough energy to run 10 miles a day. I have to eat fruit for energy so that could be anything from bananas to 20 peaches. I eat all mono fruit meals every day 5 days a week. Then on Thurs. and Sun. I eat a cooked meal. I get the great effects of eating all raw plus eating raw til 4. I love this and finally found my path with this way of life. I am thin and have no weight to lose anymore after years of ED. I gained from 75 pounds to 110 and now I am 105 and have to make sure to eat enough not to lose. LOL!
