I have been LFRV for almost 11 months now. I am currently 3 1/2 months pregnant and although I am not 100% 811 100% of the time I am proud of how well I am sticking to the lifestyle considering how I ate during my last pregnancy. When I started eating LFRV I also started cycling. I am riding between 4kms and 12kms a week at the moment and do some walking and dancing also. This is not a huge amount but a big difference to my previous very sedentary pregnancy/lifestyle.
