11km HILLY jog - 73mins, burned 650cals, HR Max - 190bpm
10km mostly downhill (but have to get back up there!) - 100cals
Ride up Norton Summit - about 250cals
10km ride- steady climb home - 200cals
Total = about 1200cals or more
I miscombined my food yesterday & had a half avo the night before so
my digestion was taxing a lot of my energy.
My goal was to run in the AM but I couldn't find my motivation so I sat
around most of day.
Ride 20kms - 1/2 hilly - bout 500cals
Ran to shop - 9.4kms - 44mins, felt great!! Very strong - 450cals
Rode home - 10kms up steady climb - 200cals
Total = 650 - didn't reach 1000
Geez im having trouble remembering....
I believe it was 45kms on bike - bout 1000
Plus a run? I will have to check
I had half an avo the other night & next day immediately got 'period'
symptoms, it came for a day then went away....I wouldn't mind saying
'bye' forever! There seems to be a strong connection between fat intake &
monthlies. Will blog updates on this.
Very very happy with my running at the moment, i can feel my fitness increasing
daily & I love it! I love to exercise with intensity because I love to feel ALIVE!
I have been doing some of Rogers Exercises still & feel stronger already...
I also did 5 salutes to the sun & some pushups this morning.
Getting to sleep before 10pm most nights & im reaping the benefits - waking
up earlier & fresher
