30 Bananas a Day!

Wow!

Today is my 15th day of HCLF, Raw till 4 and haven't expected that I will miss my period after such a short time of this lifestyle!

I am sooooo HAPPY with HCLF that I truly enjoy it and feeling better and healthier than ever in my life!!

But I'm so anxcious to tell it to my gynecologist, I know he will tell me that I'm not eating healthy bla, bla, bla..

If I wasn't so polite, I would tell him that he hasn't specialize nutrition than gynecology.. 

And I think I won't tell to my mom. I know, I'm 24 and old enough to do what I want, but she will tell me the same as gynecologist.. I'm so sad about that..

But anyways, happier that ever!

Ladyes, what are your experiences with missing period?

thats normal if your don't have a boyfriend/husband on this diet. i don't think the body is naturally designed to have it all the time. it's kinda…controversial.  either way, you should be good. C:

Any time one makes a diet/lifestyle change, the cycle is bound to be affected. Having a frequent and heavy period is actually unhealthy and signifies that your body has excess toxins. You'll most likely get it back, but it will be much lighter, and that's okay. It really doesn't matter unless you're planning on having a baby right away. When you're with a man, it will probably become more frequent. It's natural. (:
