This will be short and sweet because I have no words for today; I reached 2144 calories today, but not with the good carbs , and high fat as well. I am so embarrassed and disgusted at myself. It hasn't even been a week and I already fall off the wagon. NO EXCUSES - my grandson spent the day with me and spent tonight with me as well. I was so busy running after him that I didn't have much to sit down let alone fix something to eat. I did eat 7 bananas because it was an easy fix to eat. I was thinking about doing a water fast tomorrow to counteract the damage I managed to do myself. Any advice about this? Thank you for any thoughts or advice you have on this.
