30 Bananas a Day!

Many sunsets and sunrises have come and gone, and each day on this path has become an unique adventure. Commitment and perseverance have been my faithful friends, whose magic has strengthened my spirit. I am becoming more alive each day.......little by little, one bite at a time.

DAY 25:


WATER: 2 quarts

SLEEP: 10pm to 6:30am (8 1/2hrs)

EXERCISE: failed attempt at jogging....muscle still too sore.......bummer.....:-{{{{
rested.....ok, let's call it "day off".....:-{

FOOD: 8am: papaya, banana (400cal)
11am: banana (700cal)
4pm: papaya, banana (1200cal)
ToTaL: 2300cal....wow....:-o.....the bananas are so ripe and super sweet!....gotta have it!

FEELINGS: pleased with life in general.....everything runs smoother when body cells are well fed....
getting ready for Spring menu(cherries,strawberries).....yummy!....very excited about it!
more vivid dreams.....detox?....
Very talkative......raw energy is kickin' in.....hehehe.
