So...I am now at a lower weight than I have been at in 2 years! I know that this is from following a low-fat raw vegan lifestyle and being active. I am starting to feel SO much better, and I'm not even done yet. I'm going to keep on working at it and improving. My BMI is now at 19.0 and I'm working to get it to 18.5. The raw food experience really is rewarding!
