A lot of people enter a Raw Till 4 lifestyle to lose weight.
While I have lost weight and am barely hanging in at a tawny 5ft 6in, 130 lbs, it's only because I have an active lifestyle and job + strictly adhere to the Raw Till 4 restrictions.
Now as someone who jogs and walks for a couple hours each morning and then spends the day pacing and standing outside speaking to students at college campuses about animal rights, my body has no problem mowing through 3000 calories a day.
If I wasn't so active, some of those calories would of course turn into fat.
So what am I recommending?
Start that precious, non-processed food Raw Till 4 Diet.
Make sure to take a DEVA multivitamin especially made for Vegans.
And find yourself a job or a sport that lets you put all that energy to use.
