and so is your diet. After all, every body is different and thrives off of different foods, activities, schedules and whathaveyou.
Sprouted lentils with some curry powder, Nooch (Nutritional Yeast), and a dash of Bragg's? YUM- or at least this used to be the case when I was eating high raw, low cooked. I tried it last week as a post work out protein blast and thought my digestion system was about to put in it's two weeks! Talk about ingestion and flatulence.. No thanks, I'd rather not. :P

I also experimented with a "living" granola from Whole Foods. Sprouted grains with blueberry and acai. Tasty. Not a whole lot of digestion problems. Is it a keeper? No! I didn't not feel vibrant and alive after partaking in this "living" adventure in a cup (+ a chopped banana and water). It took just as much if not more energy to digest, leaving me feeling full but not vibrant. Psh. NO way mang!
