30 Bananas a Day!

Hello all of you wonderful Fruit Bats!! 

How are you?? It's been months since I've been on the site.. and months since I've been RT4 :(

In October my chiropractor (who is also my trusted doctor) asked me to get my lab work done so that we can get to the bottom of my fatigue, weight gain, low energy levels and whatever else. so I did and the these were the results:

Hypothyroid

Hyper Adrenals

Iron deficiency (extreme anemic)

Low D3

Low Minerals

Low Cholesterol

Liver issues (toxicity)

One issue being of the low cholesterol, since my body isn't producing cholesterol and I'm not intaking any (vegan diet) my doctor has asked that I add eggs to my diet for a few months or longer and then reevaluate.

I am taking a iron supplement because I refuse to eat meat.

My body isn't absorbing nutrients so even when eating clean, nothing is getting absorbed, hence the malnutrition and deficiencies. I was told that I can't do bikram for a few months due to the lack of minerals in my body and had to also take a break from kickboxing. boo!

In the process of correcting my hormones... I got pregnant!! Lol... yes!!

Here I was shocked that I was pregnant, and at a time when my body is going through so much. but after some quiet meditations, I've come to the beautiful reflection that this is supposed to happen right now in my life!! for the past few years I have been dealing with fatigue and hormone issues and haven't gotten to the bottom of it... I felt great on the RT4 plan but stayed bloated most of the time... which was discouraging. but taking some time to read and understand the diet better, I feel that this where I want to be for this beautiful pregnancy. I want the best for my baby just like I've always wanted the best for my two daughters and husband (who have all been on the vegan diet for seven years). 

I write this post to ask for advice re the eggs. I have been vegan for seven years and have loved every minute of it. yes we could be cleaner vegans which we have kicked out all soy products and are eating less breads. I feel the RT4 plan will be good for the entire family and by seeing my lab results, I want to better the health of the ones around me.

I'm now three months pregnant and have started on the RT4 plan as of today ;)

Thanks for any advice in advance!! I want a healthy pregnancy for me and the growing baby!

Thank you ALL so much for taking the time to write a reply full advice, I greatly appreciate it!!
My issue with the eggs is asking if any other vegans have had similar cholesterol issues and if so, did you turn to eggs or were you able to correct the issue plant based? :)
In no way am I asking for anyone to cheer for my eating eggs... That's not what I'm asking for at all. Just simple advice from anyone who has had cholesterol issues (low cholesterol).
I appreciate the advice regarding my toxic liver and will definitely kick the breads and gluten (which I have since going back to RT4).

My future posts will stay in BLACK ;) my apologies for the poor choice in color and thanks again for taking the time to read and reply!! I'm very much thankful!!

It gives me a headache to try and read your post, try editing it and changing the color.  From the other posts it sounds like you have liver problems?  I have read others having the same and getting advice to do crazy stuff from their Docs like eating animal products.  :P

They healed on HCRV no problem.  Our body cannot heal on poison and that is what animal products are to us. If I were is your shoes I'd eat 100% raw vegan following all the lifestyle factors as outlined in  Aloha to 30BaD's Welcome Wagon where you'll find this:

During pregnancy, continue to eat a low fat diet. High fat diets cause increased risks of gestational diabetes, high blood sugar, candida and yeast infection problems,  and or big babies.

I'm not new to the community, I've been a vegan for 7 years.  I'm well aware of the impact of animal products on our bodies, thank you, as well as the cruelty involved in their production.  (I've just seen that you've deleted your first comment - what I've just written is a response to that).  I was simply interested in what constructive advice you have to offer to help LouLou, as opposed to simply saying that eggs are chicken periods.  

I've been studying nutritional science, biochemistry, physiology etc for years, so what I try to do in my responses is to get to the bottom of the issue from a medical/scientific view point, which is all I'm trying to do here.

I guess my thinking as to why not coconut oil, nuts, seeds or avocados, is because they don't contain any cholesterol.  LouLou's toxic liver seems to be unable to turn carbon in cholesterol, so HDL vs LDL isn't relevant as her body can't process these plant fats into any type of cholesterol, she simply needs to see if adding cholesterol to her diet helps her in any way - right?  It's a liver function issue not a diet composition issue.  Or have I missed something?

But what confusion do you have about the eggs? Do you think we will all stand up and cheer for you consuming the period that fell out of a chickens a$$vagina? 

Btw ditch the bread pronto..no wonder you're not absorbing, silly. Kick the wheat too.
