30 Bananas a Day!

Today I was on Cronometer for the first time and I noticed how low my fat intake has been. 

I don't really want to eat nuts and seeds because, well, they don't taste like much to me. In fact, I've only ever liked them when combined with copious amounts of sugar and/or other ingredients. 

Are exclusively low fat fruits and vegetable enough? Can my diet be too low in fat?

Yea I am also wondering also as my fat intake per day is between 3-4.5%.

Avocados are a great source for fat too.

If you have the 80/10/10 book, Dr Graham discusses just how low fat levels can go.  Sorry, I've lent out my copy or I'd look it up.

I strongly believe in eating intuitively. If your body needs something, it will tell you and I think we should honour that. Don't crave nuts? They don't offer anything you need right now :) I personally haven't eaten any for almost one year.
