I find that juicing helps me get in my calories and greens, I really have a hard time choking down a lot of veggies (I do enjoy spinach salads with grapes, apples, peaches, tangerines, or strawberries a top), but I want to make sure that I do get them in my diet for the minerals they offer (especially kale, which I have a hard time eating as a salad)! I enjoy juicing a lot and I'm going to start the 80/10/10 with making 3 16 oz juices a day and 1 16 oz banana strawberry smoothie for breakfast --- this is my favorite treat!! I'm going to try this for about 14 days and see if it gets my horrible bloat off, then I will be off to low fat high carbs raw vegan diet!! I have found I have a addiction to dates! HERE WE GO!
