Orange = Carrot Ginger [lunch]
Yellow = Pineapple with rind and valencia oranges [Breakfast]
Green = Red Chard, cucumber lemon [Dinner]
Beet Red = Beet, ginger, lemon (will dilute with water throughout the day) [Pre-dinner]
