I have been having a hard time transitioning onto a one hundred percent raw diet so I am going to begin a fifteen day juice cleanse tomorrow.
This will be my second full juice cleanse. I have done 2 day and three day ones as well.
Join 30 Bananas a Day!
1/2 Liter = cucumber, coconut water, and mint [snack or break through hunger]
1 Quart= Carrot Ginger [lunch]
2 Quarts = Pineapple with rind and valencia oranges [Breakfast]
1 Quart = Red Chard, cucumber lemon [Dinner]
I also juiced these but saved them for today:
1 Quart = Beet, ginger, lemon (will dilute with water throughout the day)
1/2 Liter = cucumber, coconut water, and mint
I drank these and ate breakfast (1/2 pineapple) and lunch (10 dates and other half of pineapple).
Might have a few pears tonight to but good for now.

How many juices did you drink throughout the entire day, Ray?
Yeah, I just finished 24 hour juice feast and that was enough for me for now. I have a friend who has been juicing like crazy, and having a really hard time - I'm sure she isn't getting enough calories so be careful. Eating fresh fruits and veggies is cleansing in itself. Best!
