Observation: Raw vs Cooked vs Combined
Experimenting with raw vs cooked. It's time to reflect .
On raw, I feel like the emblem of health. Feeling clean, and not weighed down, it's only instinct to want to share this energy with others. But somewhere down the road after consecutive raw days, I find myself searching for a different base.

Cooked, providing meals which are very filling very fast. It's like a neutral state. Which gives raw it's vibrant definition.
Combined,now, is something interesting. After switching from cooked to raw, I feel great. But from raw to cooked, it's the opposite. It is vital to incorporate raw into my lifestyle, as it provides amazing, clean energy. So fresh.
Learning some cool recipes, last night I made sweet potato soup (amazing flavors with orange zest), later with raw spinach . To be honest, lemon juice and spinach is what provided the vibrancy.
Today I ate mostly locally grown oranges and some tomatoes, and it was a great day regarding energy levels.
Whole plant foods are the answer regardless. So far: cleared asthma, decreased allergies, and regained organ health. This journey is not over however, as there are more benefits every day. Never lose hope for health.
