I try to eat an avocado today after not having one for almost 3 wks, and its amazing how fatty it really is. I ate a quarter of it with my salad and tossed the rest away. My body seems to not want much fats now. I also had a little rice with steamed veggies and coconut oil (I usually do okay if I don't put on the oils as I sometimes still eat a little rice), and my heart started racing so fast, I had to call in work sick today. I was stumbling literally down the stairs to get to my car. And decided to take the day off. Oils are definitely bad news.....!
