30 Bananas a Day!

ive bin vegan for the year and raw for 5 months, i fall off the wagon for 2 weeks once in a while and then i start eating raw again but i dont eat no animal products just vegan alternatives for that time and then i start to eatvraw again but i always feel like eating something wit sodium, so i really need help right now i need to know how to overcome this craving and do it right.

Salt is a challenging taste to forget.  It's good, like Patrick said, to  watch your plant-sodium to make sure your getting enough through greens and celery.  I also try to focus on how dehydrating and bloating salty stuff is.  Makes me lethargic and also makes me want to eat MORE salty stuff.  When it's not heavy in your system the cravings are less.   So I try to stay away completely, and I do eat lots of celery, 4-5 stalks per day.
