Right now I'm downing a liter of water to start my day then i will make a 32 oz smoothie. I'm super excited because this my is first day. Because of finances, I am starting with fruits and veggies for breakfast, snack and lunch. As for dinner, I have to rely on what is made by my family. I'll stray away from meat and dairy of course but might have to eat lots of rice potatoes and maybe cooked veggies. I guess it is a raw til 4 plan. I did not weight myself i may do that later today/tonight. Wish me luck!!

Sugar in the Raw 100% Natural Turbinado Cane Sugar (if needed)-- I have a super sweet tooth and could not find coconut sugar. I hope this is a good substitute.
