Week before I had doubts that iam not builed for this diet. My stomach was bigger and bloated. So I stopped taking food after my evening routine. And now its great. I feel back to normal, stomach is great, everything is great. Maybe its accidently came to this. Since straight from running I'am going to bed and better sleeping. Now iam focused on breathing technique while running and push ups. Something i need to be better at.
Iam starting my run at 19.30/20.00 and running home at 21:00 - 22.00 and than sleeping.
So I think it was something with taking food late.
Also, i was out few evenings. Drinking alcohol now doesnt look appieling for me. Also sometimes i like people drunk around me, sometimes they look old and retarded for me. It reminds me my childhood, really, when you look at drunk parents and their friends and its funny also not understandable why older people get so silly. Also if you like person you like him over any circumstance so thats ok. Iam happy that iam not that radical to others as I expected.
This week i will try to go to the gym for better body shape. Iam too lazy to do right streching or pushups, so i will go to fitness work out. And next week Iam starting my breathing yoga.
I love this way of living because its so important not to smell bad. Also not to use any salt products, week ago i binged on some and now i really want my water weight go off. Will have to wait for that.
Now i watch my growing flowers and I feel proud. Will go read 801010 in my balcony.
I think this lifestyle is worlds future.
