i am getting very strong stomach aches after i eat. Today i thought i might have caught food poisoning b/c i felt nauseous. it does not feel like over-eating. in fact, i can barely make it past 1500 calories lately b/c i am just not very hungry at all and with the stomach aches i don't want to FORCE myself to eat more. I know that i need to start eating more because I am starting to feel tired all of the time (probably from not enough carbs- although i am eating 8/1/1 ratio).
So my question is, is this all a part of detoxing? i am fairly new to doing more than 50% raw on a continual basis (my first week of really trying very hard at 8/1/1).
how can i get rid of the stomach aches so that i can get through eating enough calories without getting sick?
