30 Bananas a Day!

I ran the NYC marathon in 2:35, then the following weekend 2:32 (and a win) at the Harrisburg, PA marathon (they put me on the home page breaking the tape)
http://www.harrisburgmarathon.com/

Raw fruits and vegetables wins every time! (almost 2 years now!)

oh yea, I should mention that after this marathon I ran back to meet my wife who was running it too and put in another 5 miles. (31miles for the day)
Then the next day I felt so good I ran a double (31 miles for the day)
then the next day I still felt great so ran another double (31 miles for the day)
then the next day still felt great but didn't have time for a double and only ran 16 miles
then the next day felt fresh yet again and ran another double (31 miles for the day)
uh...did I mention I just eat raw fruit and vegitables...
140 miles in 5 days...crazy right? Nope, just all natural! ;)

Mike you put to silence all critics of 811/ethical veg, if any omni/paleo folk can do better than this, doing to do better than this would not be recommended for many reasons, and most likely impossible anyway. Thanks again dude doing all this.

Give thanks Michael!

This is beautiful and amazing.
Was this Harrisburg, PA last weekend?

I was actually performing at HACC on campus
as part of a US tour I'm doing. I actually saw a marathon take
place as we drove up to the theatre for our performance.

Give thanks again,
JW

f*** me gently with a chainsaw Michael you are AWESOME. Get yourself over to the UK and run the London Marathon. Any idea how many millions of viewers we get for that in the UK???!!!

Keep up the good work Michael you are an absolute inspiration!

Take care

Thanks for all the love guys, it's awesome. I'm going to test the limits and try to do some crazy cool athletic stuff to prove to all the doubters that 811 does work and it Won't fail you...heck I'm going to show the world that this is THE diet for our species and that it's the only way to go. We can all literally change (and save) humanity if we get the word out! Talk up 811 guys, it's the only way for the human race to survive in the future.
