30 Bananas a Day!

I posted and it was removed. I am sure it is not long before I am banned. I tried being LFRV and I failed.

SOME PEOPLE CANNOT DO THIS

I dont know how to explain it to you...I wish I had loved this like you all do. I wish I could be lfrv more than anything else in the world but I cant....I cannot stick to it. I wish you all well. You are all beautiful, compassionate people.

Thank you.

Much solid advice here, Sarah Beth. I wish you well with whatever path you choose. If you do decide now or in the future to pursue one of improving health, with its (admitted) unique challenges, might I make a gentle recommendation?
Pick one healthy element and focus on it until you feel you've got it down cold, then pick another and work on that. In this way, increasingly more elements will be working in your favor without seeming so overwhelming if you try to shift them all, all at once. For example, instead of saying "I'm eating all fruits/veg today or bust," as this might be too daunting, have just fruits for breakfast and whatever you want in your remaining meals.
Sure, it's not as optimal as 100%, but it's 1/3 of your food intake and a step in the right direction. After some time successfully doing this, add in lunch, then get to bed at a reasonable hour, then move in a way you love daily, then get some sun exposure, find a release for emotions, etc. and so forth.
The very best to you, Sarah Beth :)

Of course I come here and throw a fit like a 12 year old and you all have to be awesome.

I read every comment, thank you so much.

I do not know what I am going to do. I wish I could just wake up in the morning and eat a boat load of bananas.

You can do this. All people can do this. Humans were designed to eat this way. "there is no exception in the animal kingdom".

I think you should stick with it and see where it takes you. It's places like 30 bananas a day that can provide you the support you need. :D

I don't think there is anyone on this diet that hasn't "failed" on it many times. I personally have struggled for years and I still feel like a newbie! The most important point is you said this: I wish I could be lfrv more than anything else in the world . Because of this, there is no way that you can fail. I believe in you. If you really wanted to do some other diet, that would be one thing, but I wonder if you would be settling yourself up for failure considering it isn't what you truly want. I believe if this is what you, there will nothing that can stop you.

uuuuuummmm....didn't it take Dr. G seven years to get to 100% 811?
(please -anyone- feel free to correct me if I am wrong)
but perhaps you might want to just try to progress at your own rate and resist looking at it as 'all or nothing'

Sarah Beth,

Greetings. i can totally understand and feel your frustration. i have felt the same way. i do not believe in coincidence. It was no coincidence that you found this diet in the first place. It was providential.

You are justifiably frustrated and angry. But i believe you will be back to try again. And again. And again until you are where you are supposed to be.

Next time though, if i may say, be patient. This is a journey and it has ups and downs. i believe you will re-group and get back on the horse eventually. When you do, i am sure all the folks here will be waiting with open arms to help and encourage you.

Grace and Peace be multiplied.

hey have you had an eating disorder because it can be harder initially if this is the case x

hey i don't think any of us have answers, we are all experimenting with what we've got and talking about what has worked for us. this does seem to work great for many, though, which is why i, for one, am curious about the way in which it (didn't) worked for you. i still would stay away from the paleo, though (not trying to proselytize, just sayin')... i don't know if you were a vegan pre-811 experiment, though.

Thank you all for your input. I just dont know what to do anymore. I dont have any answers.

I'm also curious about it. I don't mean to say: you didn't do it right. We all come from different backgrounds. Does cooked vegan work for you? Maybe you could try to do that instead of paleo since it sounds like you aren't down with the meat eating.
