I've moved back to my parent's house today!
The new Leno show is awkward during the skype celebrity interviews.
I want to do these things Durian Rider explained on my blog post from yesterday.
"surround yourself with people that are on the same track as you. this is the main way to become better in life, as we always raise to the expectations of our peer group. so choose peer group with higher standards than you already have."
Also, his video was hillarious today, right?
I decided that I actually can have the life I've imagined. I know what I want from life. I've just been stagnant, backed up like a traffic jam.
My short term goals
(over the next month or two)
- start a support group
for people trying to become healthier. Have everyone keep a goals chart, and notebook to track diet and exercise goals... and have group discussions.. and keep one another focused and share advice. Going to post the fliers tomorrow.
- work part time
, then into full time. Hunting tomorrow... but not going to just take any old job like usual. I will try for something out of the food service sector and that pays well. If that doesn't happen I will take what I am given.
-be more social
, reconnect with old friends and make new ones
-spend time with family
-watch less T.V.
-be more creative, enjoy my hobbies
-be 100% low-fat raw
-start community college classes
, this spring, to finish A.A. degree
(less sweat pants, more color, more creative)
-keep a clean, organized environment
-volunteer at animal shelter
-help family out
-do yoga daily
-walk or jog daily, + toning
-up before 8am, sleep by 10pm (crap better hurry up right now!)
(next year or so)
-Move to sunny, warm, fruity place
-graduate community college
-run the Turkey Trot next year
-bicycle instead of drive
-working full time and money saved
-high endurance, high energy
-give to others
-have a beautiful living space
-my own garden
-enjoy alone time
-have independence (finacially, emotionally, etc)
-selling arts and crafts
-providing emotional support for others
-healthy eyes, skin and hair
-lots of outdoors time
-picking up new sports and activities like canoeing, hiking, camping, dancing,
plus much much more!!!
Tomorrow I'm going to be 100% LOW FAT RAW! I've been on and off this past week and now ready to get serious. I'm ready for any side effects. I'm ready to push through and do 7 days, then 30, then 3 months! One day at a time though.
Thanks for advice friends. I'm going to have confidence and drop the fear! I'm going to live life with courage and passion!
