30 Bananas a Day!

Hi all Im new here. This Is my second day trying To change my habita But i dont know if Im doing It well. Yesterday breakfast was 8 bananas smothie and i was full The rest of The day. Today i ate only 5 bananas smothie But for lunch i ate 1 red pepper.
It has To be only fruit in The lunch too???

Simply starting is your most important first step, Silvana.  So congratulations on commencing a brand new lifestyle.  As you'll see in the links I've included below, we recommend a certain caloric intake for ladies (at least 2500), as we've found this leads to the best long term success.  However, for those accustomed to eating far less, it's ok to take a bit of time to progressively develop the ability to eat enough.  The key is to simply eat as much as desired (emphasizing fresh whole fruits), then just a few bites more each meal.  Your capacity will grow over time.  
Yes, a fruity lunch is recommended (including tender greens is ok though anytime of day), leaving any cooked items for the evening.
