30 Bananas a Day!

I am now at a point in my weightloss journey where I am not actively trying to lose weight.  I have lost 110 pounds (49 kilograms) and probably still have about 30 pounds to go, but I wouldn't care if it took 10 years to lose those last 30 pounds.  I am only going to do the exercises that I enjoy doing which include light biking, hiking/walking, lifting weights, playing bad tennis or whatever other activity I can think of that day.  Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the hours I spent on the elliptical or riding my bike hard (working towards something can be a great joy) and I have gained pretty good cardio(certainly not world class but I can just about ride up just about any hill) but now I am going to eat my bananas, have fun and enjoy life.  I also added a little before picture they are hard to come by.

@Lesli Ruiz The thing that may be different is the amount of exercise I did.  I was on the elliptical everyday for 40 mins with the goal of keeping my heart rate above 165 but a lot of the time it was up in the 180s.  This amount of intense exercise might be excessive and you should do only what you can because the most important thing while exercising is not getting hurt.  Also I never dieted before this so my metabolism was just fine and actually really fast after I started eating right.

I have over 100 pounds to lose myself. May I ask how long it took you to drop the 110 pounds? And, were you strictly raw? I have been on this lifestyle two years and only just recently noticed a slight reduction from the weight I gained in the beginning of my lifestyle change.

Wow, good for you, not just for losing the weight but for the attitude. You're a fine example of how to view better health not just as weight loss but as truly enjoying life.
