This idea of learning to love your body right here, right now, may sound really good, may sound like it would feel good and all that - but I know that if you are not in a place where you love your body right now, it is most likely because you still have a nagging belief that your body must change before you can love it.
Maybe you feel like you need to lose weight, like you need to resolve some sort of physical issue, like you need to get your body stable and where you want it to be, THEN you will be able to do this body love stuff.
I promise you, it really, really really does not work this way.
You must learn to love your body, right here, right now, as is.
I am going to teach you how. Step by step.
I will help you realize that your body does not have to change before you can love it, and in fact that it should not have to change before you can learn to love it.
