i am curious because i currently live with my parents, but will soon be out on my own (Aug. 1st!! YAY!) and i want to make a budget for myself that will be adequate to feed myself with all fo the calories and nutrients that i need, but not break the bank. so how much do you spend on food a week or any given amount of time (day, half-week, fortnight, month) if that fits you better. :)
Also, if you have any tips of saving money of food, i'd LOVE to hear them!
here's some info. on ME!
1. I eat around 1500-2000 calories a day (not trying to under-eat, i just am still transitioning and get full very easily)
2. I don't buy organic usually because i cannot afford it at the moment, but if my situation shanges i will go back to buying organic, but staying on a budget.
3. does it seam do-able to try and keep my total monthly food budget under $200?
