How Does Age Affect Your Lifestyle Decisions?

Hello banana worshipers,

today blog post is about age and how it can affect your decisions.

Young Ages

When we are very young we don´t care really much about our ego. We are not programmed yet that somebody is better than the other one. We admit that we are wrong if we do something and we still don´t have our believes very developped.

As we age we listen to mostly our parents and close friends about what is wright and what is wrong to do. If something however is not working we question it and change for the better. Even if it´s not in accordance with family and friends. These are teenage years and that´s pretty much where most of our biggest lifestyle changes happen.

Breaking Point

However when you hit age 20 it´s becoming harder and harder to change your previous habits even if they are wrong. Our ego grows dramatically, because we are officially ´adults.´ And being adult means lots of responsibility, confidence and not in any case being wrong. Cause being wrong is childish.

Building Barrier

We see ourselves as complete at this time (for some people it could be even earlier like 18) and that we know everything about life. New things are becoming to us offensive especially if they are questioning our current lifestyle. And when you grow older and older it becomes IMPOSSIBLE to change.

Ego Is Ruling Us

Why? Simply because our ego is to big to admit we have been wrong and brainwashed all our lives. Imagine that son knows better than dad. His ego is too big to admit that even if it´s true. He would rather live same bad lifestyle because it can´t be that younger one is smarter.

Forced To Change

Most of the time therefore people change their habits only when they are forced to. By illnesses, suicidal thaughts and pretty much choosing between life and death. That´s pretty much the only time when people admit that they have been wrong because they have nothing to loose, their ego wouldn´t suffer.

So that´s my rant for the day and why people as they age don´t change anything big. Unless they feel too uncomfortable with current situation. For opportunity on earning money online with reliable source click here and find out more how.

I've been thinking that children do say the most potent and honest things since the world is so new and unspoilt. Perhaps adults should at times reflect on their inquisitive 'but whys' instead of arrogantly dismissing them as noise.. Granted it can just be noise at times!
Thanks for sharing anyhow, Ananas
