How Can Morning Routine Make Your Day More Productive In Whatever You Want?

Hello healthy people, 

morning is for many people the time when they have their daily routines with exercising, drinking coffee, juice, having breakfast, watching morning news, taking a dog for a walk, having a shower, reading newspapers and other usual habits. 

The Reason For Routine

But what is the reason why people do this routines every day? Well it´s because it makes them to start the day easier and be more motivated to do more things. Everyone has the specific routine they like to do. Most people when they wake up they go to toilet, wash their face and teeth and have some coffee and breakfast while watching TV. 

Coffee Is The Society Engine

However what´s motivating people is not the washing routine or television, but it´s the coffee that gives them the energy and therefore the motivation to do something more. However you can be motivated to do something unless you get distracted by other things like Facebook, Youtube or other internet site that doesn´t serve you anything in general.

Morning Nutrition

As you already know I recommend drinking at least 1 liter or 1 quater of water after you wake up and then have your breakfast composed of sweet fruit or sweet juice. I usually drink at least 1 liter of some juice plus some added sugar if it´s not very sweet. This is instead of the coffee and keeps me very energized.

Morning Choice

However after that I have a choice. I can either go on facebook, youtube, etc. and watch videos and type with people all morning OR I could make another routine which will FARTHER inhance my motivation to do more useful things in a day. That´s just how I experienced it, if I haven´t done much in the morning I never do much more in entire day.

Morning Exercise

One of the best examples of useful morning routine is to go for short exercise straight after little breakfast. You can have bigger meal after you come from exercise. Running, cycling, swimming, or anything OUTSIDE is excellent. After exercise you feel like you have done something useful for yourself and the endorphins are released so you feel much much better.

Useful Internet Work

Or if you have a rest day or it´s raining you can set yourself to do some useful activity on the internet. You can write a blog, make a video about whatever your current thoughts are. You can send some applications to the jobs you would like to work at. Or you can invest some valuable time in creating passive income here with empower network.

Why Is The Morning Best For Important Things?

There is no better time than morning to do the most important things. Trust me maybe after short exercise you can be still motivated however in the evening you are usually tired and sleepy and all you wanna do is just relax with watching some youtube videos. Also if you haven´t done anything in the morning you almost have to FORCE yourself to do something later in a day.

So morning is the key if you wanna do something useful in a day, at least for me. I only need to set my concentration the right way and don´t open facebook and youtube the first thing. You can also block these with some programmed in the morning.
