I've been finding it very difficult to stay 100% Low-Fat Raw Vegan. I really need to keep more varieties of fruit in the house. I love Bananas and oranges but it's rough just starting out! So I'm still eating cooked veggies and grains. Which is still hard to do while living in a house with an avid meat eater. I feel like crap for not sticking with something that I really want to do for me and my daughters. I just need to keep trying I guess. That's all I can do is to slowly work being 100% LFRV into our lifestyle.
