I have been following the lfrv lifestyle since the start of the year. This past month I have found that I am putting on weight on my belly :( I am approx 90%-95% raw. I go to the gym 4 times a week, plus ride my bike to and from the gym, I do a lot of walking as well & I also have a 2 year old son who keeps me very busy.
Just after any insight on this issue as I am really conscious when I go to the gym now coz I'm bigger than when I started :( I currently weigh around 54.5kg. I have put on approx 3-4kg, (This is since the start of the year).
