30 Bananas a Day!

I love love love fruit! But lately at dinner time when I have my salads I enjoy them but I always feel something is missing. 

They are refreshing but they just don't feel good enough to end my day on...? So for the past three days Ive had 1/4 or 1/2 an avocado. I'm really addicted to them. If there was a healthy Avocado Island I would be on it right now! 

It also doesn't help that they are my moms favorite food and she eats like one a day!

I know it's know the healthiest to eat them everyday and I'm also afraid of gaining weight/ inhibiting weight loss. =/

@Jeffrey That's very true I need to stop worrying over food. I get into the counting and ratios too much. But stress isn't healthy either. =)

@ Karen Thank you, everything does digest much better and when you eat raw there are no "bad" foods. =)

I also was addicted to avocados, I think it's normal at the begining because of the change but i didn't worry for my weight, just think.... I guess you were used to eat the same quantity of avocados and with all the fat of cooked and fried food, so i guess you are eating less fat and remember that avocado's fat could be digested much much much better than oils, butter, milk and stoff like that.

so my advise is that dont worry, and lisent to your body he is so clever you will be leaving the avocado slowly just make a little effort avery day... I'm not telling you to eat just 1/356 of avocado lol eat ass you want just listening to your body you will see how your body stop asking you for avocado.

I have a few baby trees in my house growing under some lights, but I know it won't survive outside.  I try to germinate the seeds and have had a success rate of about 1 sprout per 6 seeds.  To date, none of them have survived outdoors.

As far as fruit ratio goes, I don't worry much about nutrients because I know I eat a variety of raw vegetables and tons of fruit.  When we focus on obtaining specific nutrients from our food, we tend to binge or create some kind of eating disorder.  Enjoy what you eat and just try to find a diverse menu to choose from.  You'll enjoy a wide choice of foods to eat.  Variety is the spice of life.  Some days I eat lots of blueberries, some days I feel like eating mangoes, I usually get most of my calories from whatever is in season.  I've had no symptoms from eating that much avocado yet, but I suppose there is a possibility. 

You really look great, don't fret about your weight.

Do you think you can eat two because of a high ratio of fruit or it's just never bothered you?

You don't have to worry about those avocados.  I have at least 2 per day.  I would go nuts if I could only eat a fourth of an avocado.  I actually have this dream that I can grow them in my backyard.  I think that's not going to happen considering that I live in Crestview FL.   Eat them and don't worry about your weight.  Your body will decide where it wants to be.   You look just fine.
