I love love love fruit! But lately at dinner time when I have my salads I enjoy them but I always feel something is missing.
They are refreshing but they just don't feel good enough to end my day on...? So for the past three days Ive had 1/4 or 1/2 an avocado. I'm really addicted to them. If there was a healthy Avocado Island I would be on it right now!
It also doesn't help that they are my moms favorite food and she eats like one a day!
I know it's know the healthiest to eat them everyday and I'm also afraid of gaining weight/ inhibiting weight loss. =/
