Great, then I was doing the right things! What's great is that I don't have any problemes to eat the amounts of food. I am already able to smash down some 8 Banana smoothies or 300g of pasta;) Thank you for the comment!

the best thing i think you can do at the very beginning is to not talk about it about - let your results do the talking, they will be more powerful than any of your words. If someone asks a question, answer it but say no more - if you try and push it on people they will push back against you.
If they keep pestering you about it - take their questions, research them thoroughly so you have a rock solid rebuttal and just give that to them whenever they ask. If you have questions that you keep getting asked and can't answer, post them on here.
tip 2: eat a LOT! even if you're gaining weight, even if the portion seems way bigger than anything you've ever seen before - if it'll go in, if its low fat and if your body is happy afterwards: eat it!
