30 Bananas a Day!

Still have been doing well on the HCRV except on night when a family friend took me too Chinese buffet... 

I have not being recording my food and my blogs. I just kept feeling to tired that I would pass out after work or class.

I have been working out everyday for an hour mostly a brisk walk over the bridge. I am going to try to do some yogan and walk today. 

I just am so tired that I cannot write the blog everyday.

I have been eating a lot though( I think...)

I will post my weight one week into HCRV tomorrow.

It sounds like you’re not getting enough to eat if you are tired and pass out.
What are you typically eating in a day?
One thing that surprised me when switching to a whole food plant based diet (Mostly Raw) is that you really need to eat a high volume of food.
For example:  Don’t just eat 2 Bananas and a Mango for breakfast, eat 5-6 Bananas and 2-3 Mangos.  
Or… have you ever really eaten a 2 lbs Salad?  It’s huge!  Take the largest bowl you have and double to triple it... or more.

Raw plants based food are much lower in calories than they look.  So to get the 2500 healthy calories you need in a day you’ll need to… Eat!  A Lot!

scales help, minimum suggested 2500 calories for women, which don't work out as your are doing everyday for an hour.  If you don't know your calorie count, you could run into what you are experiencing- fatigue.

I didn't weigh my food  at the beginning and I was really under eating (found this it when I began to weigh the food), by maybe as much as 800-1000 calories..and would have difficulty maintaining the low fat/no salt status as well as getting the minimum of 9 hours a night's sleep.

hope you can help yourself weigh your food.

you didn't mention water intake, the minimum is 2.5 l.
