I'm only a few chapters in so far but it's giving me food for thought. I'm now doing the program the right way for a change. Day 2 of 80/10/10 no detox so far but since I've been high raw for years I don't expect much. Weight was 124.4 Today down from 125 last week.
Breakfast: Raw Fruit.
Lunch: Raw Fruit
Dinner: Spinach followed by fruit for desert.
I find I need to eat often during the day as the full feeling doesn't last. Spinach for dinner is very filling without making me feel stuffed.
