So i just moved to another country. on the plane i either had a cooked meal or i would starve, off course i ate, still i chose what was best for my body, but i have to say it was weird eating something warm, i could feel it go down my throat....yeah it was weird. Now i'm having a hard time finding fruit that doesn't cost me a kidney, these days i have been eating a lot of bread, jam, rice and some potatoes. My raw foods have been in lower quantities and its basically nectarines, mangoes (only 5 since i got here), lettuce and tomatoes. The result of all this, after 4 days of doing this today i'am quite desperate for fruit and i'm also feeling a bit off, i want to exercise but i have no will or energy to do it, i'm still trying to maintain water intake and the early nights.
Also what should be better, bananas (which i have problems digesting) or bread?
I'm a bit confused, and i need some advice, tips anything...
