30 Bananas a Day!

Had a cooked meal after almost 3 months 100%

So i just moved to another country. on the plane i either had a cooked meal or i would starve, off course i ate, still i chose what was best for my body, but i have to say it was weird eating something warm, i could feel it go down my throat....yeah it was weird. Now i'm having a hard time finding fruit that doesn't cost me a kidney, these days i have been eating a lot of bread, jam, rice and some potatoes. My raw foods have been in lower quantities and its basically nectarines, mangoes (only 5 since i got here), lettuce and tomatoes. The result of all this, after 4 days of doing this today i'am quite desperate for fruit and i'm also feeling a bit off, i want to exercise but i have no will or energy to do it, i'm still trying to maintain water intake and the early nights.

Also what should be better, bananas (which i have problems digesting) or bread?

I'm a bit confused, and i need some advice, tips anything...

Thank you

All the best :)

Well yeah I've been to Kensington Market there's a lot of variety the problem is everything is so expensive, although i haven't been to St. Lawrence Market yet, i don't know about the prices there...and i haven't seen dates here yet hmmm

OMG - Toronto? You'll have organic produce coming out of the wazoo!  Check Kensington Market and St. Lawrence Market.  You have health food stores galore there.  Man, I'd have an easy time of it in Toronto!!!!!!!!

Except everything is $$$
