So the greens are no longer workin for me .so now ive added tempeh a cooked food to get more protein an i feel great again . but i donot wish to turn to cook foods so does anyone have any ideas ?

yes thats wat stopped workin the green smoothise with fruit so i was having also huge sallad a day ,an two whole romaine lettuce with parsley kale some broccoli thrown in but no go so now i eat tempeh its working . but yea like to get off it as its not raw .
What is it that's not working for you?
Have you tried green smoothies with plenty of sweet fruit? I like grapes with mine the best.
